The brief.
The rollout plan covered eight cities over two years. Every store had to install from the same palette, with top-ups arriving between construction windows, not in one bulk shipment.
What we supplied.
OSLO 600x600 for sales floors, GINO 300x600 for fitting rooms and counters. Shade codes were sealed on the first order, and stock cartons were released on a no-MOQ top-up schedule.

The outcome.
Three stores delivered from one spec sheet. The brand now reorders by carton count against a stored shade code, with loading photos before each dispatch.
