For contractors, consultants and project buyers

A Sample That Looks Right Is Not a Specification.

Projects fail on documents, repeatability and schedule. Here is what we hand your consultant before the deposit, and how delivery is coordinated after.

Delivered, not just specified

Three projects on record. City, year, area, series.

Every case page carries the same data your consultant asks for: space type, area, series used and how delivery was phased.

Unwatermarked site photos and consultant contacts shared after NDA.

Installed snapshots. Real sites, no renders.

Six frames from delivered work: floors, corridors, lobbies, slabs and waterjet craft. More unwatermarked sets after NDA.

The sample-to-site chain

Sealed once. Matched every phase.

A six-month site does not drift if every phase answers to the same physical sample. Three mechanisms, agreed before the deposit:

Sealed samples, physically

Before production is booked, you approve physical samples. Shade is graded V2/V3 and verified by spectrophotometer against the sealed set.

Every phase checked against the seal

Production for each phase is verified against the sealed sample before it ships. Not against memory, not against a photo.

Phase-locked shade, 30-45 day gaps

Phases typically land 30 to 45 days apart. Shade and calibration are locked per phase, and 10% spare material is planned per phase.

The document list, upfront.

Ask for any of these and it arrives with the quote, not three follow-up emails later.

  • TDS per series. Technical data sheet before you commit: sizes, thickness, water absorption, breaking load.
  • Slip reports. R10 test data for wet and public areas, matched to the application, not guessed.
  • Fabrication guides. 6mm and 12-20mm slab guides: cutting, holes, mitred edges, support spans.
  • Slab programme 6/9/12/20mm. 1200x2700 for walls and floors, 1600x3200 for furniture and heavy-duty tops. See the slab applications. Slab applications.
  • Loading plans. Carton, pallet and container plan per shipment, with loading photos for every container.
  • Standards line. Physical performance per EN 14411 / ISO 13006. Batch tolerances confirmed in the signed PI.

Delivery runs on your programme.

Phased shipments are planned against your site programme: first container for the shell, later containers aligned to fit-out trades, typically 30 to 45 days apart with 10% spare per phase. Shade is verified against the seal before every container ships.

If cartons arrive damaged mid-project: 0.5% spare pieces ride free with every order. Transit breakage above 1%, documented with unboxing video and photos at discharge, is replenished like-for-like on your next order or credited against payment. Full claims policy.

FOB Foshan, CIF or EXW. FCL and LCL. Neutral packing on request. Packing and export.

Asked before the deposit.

How do you keep shade consistent across phases?

Every phase is produced against the sealed sample and verified before shipping. Phases typically land 30 to 45 days apart, with 10% spare material planned per phase so a late-phase top-up does not break shade.

What documents arrive with the quote?

TDS, R10 slip data, fabrication guides where slabs are involved, a packing list, and the container loading plan. Physical performance is per EN 14411 / ISO 13006. ISO9001, CE and SGS reports are available on request.

How do I schedule against my site programme?

Sealed samples in 2-7 days. Stock ships in 7 days, custom runs 25 working days from deposit, shade confirmed first. Phased containers are then aligned to your fit-out trades.

What happens if material arrives damaged mid-project?

Every order rides with 0.5% spare pieces at no charge. Transit breakage above 1%, documented with unboxing video and photos at discharge, is replenished like-for-like on your next order or credited against payment.
