What do you check before a tile shipment leaves?

Thickness by caliper, gloss by glossmeter, warpage by visual and edge check, shade against the approved sample, calibration, and carton marks. Failed cartons are pulled, not shipped.

Do you send inspection photos?

Yes. Reading photos and carton photos before balance, loading photos for every container.

What we check, and why.

Five instruments, one rule: failed cartons are pulled, not shipped.

Thickness. Caliper on tile body, because thin spots crack under point loads.
Gloss. Glossmeter on matt and polished faces, because batch drift shows at raking light.
Warpage. Visual and edge check per batch, because lippage appears at installation, not at the factory gate.
Shade and calibration. Matched to the approved sample, because store 9 must match store 1.
Carton marks. Model, shade, size and quantity verified, because the wrong pallet costs a month.
