Your shade, your city
City-level exclusivity on named shades, negotiable per range. Once agreed in writing, we do not supply that shade in your city.
Locked against your sealed sample
Display stock and top-ups match the sample you approved. V2/V3 grading, spectrophotometer verified, so the wall you built never changes shade mid-season.
A new range is a joint bet
Bosco narrows 13 series to three for your floor size and market, and says why. If a trial series does not move, you stop at one pallet. No container to liquidate.
Why the trial starts at one pallet.
Tiles ship palletised. Pallets load and unload faster, survive transit better, and match how carriers price freight: from 1 CBM. A 600x600 pallet packs about 64 cartons of 1.44 sqm each, roughly 92 sqm, at about 30 kg per carton.
Delivered palletised, tail-lift on request. Unload plan confirmed per order. Split delivery or ground-floor placement on request. Pallet dims and weight in the quote. Exact cartons, CBM and weight per series are confirmed in your quote. Loading photos for every pallet. Packing and export.

If cartons arrive damaged

Performance your customer can be told
Physical performance per EN 14411 / ISO 13006. R10 matt, water absorption at 0.5% or less. The answers your installer asks for are on the TDS.

What is the minimum trial order?
One pallet. Tiles ship palletised, which loads faster, breaks less in transit and keeps freight cost down, because carriers bill from 1 CBM. Top-ups go down to a single carton.
How fast can I restock a sold-out display?
Stock lines ship in 7 days from Foshan. Order by the carton, with no MOQ, so a wall display never runs dry mid-sale.
Can my neighbouring store sell the same series?
City-level exclusivity on named shades is negotiable per range. Once confirmed in writing, we do not supply that shade to another buyer in your city.
What happens if cartons arrive damaged or a customer complains about shade?
Every order rides with 0.5% spare pieces at no charge. Transit breakage above 1%, documented with unboxing video and photos at discharge, is replenished like-for-like or credited. Shade claims are checked against your sealed sample before installation.
What does the display kit include?
