0.5% spare pieces ride free with every order. Transit breakage above 1%, documented with unboxing video and photos at discharge, is replenished like-for-like on your next order or credited against payment.
Claims
Physical performance per EN 14411 / ISO 13006. Quality claims within 30 days of arrival at port, before installation. Installation counts as acceptance. Batch shade and flatness tolerances are confirmed in the signed PI.

Which thickness should I choose?
6mm for walls only, not floors. 9mm for walls and floors in one programme. 12mm for furniture and countertops. 20mm for heavy-duty tops. Tell us the application and we confirm the cut before you pay a deposit.
What is the MOQ for slabs?
Stock thicknesses have no MOQ. Custom colours and finishes start at 1 FCL, 25 working days from deposit.
What do samples cost, and how fast do they arrive?
Samples are free. Freight is collect and not refunded. The sample fee is refunded against your first order. Boxes ship in 2-7 days.
Which documents come with the quote?
A technical pack: TDS, water absorption, breaking load and R10 data, plus a packing list. ISO9001, CE and SGS reports are available on request.
How is shade matched on the second order?
Shade is graded within V2/V3 and verified by spectrophotometer. Top-ups are matched against your sealed sample. Shade exclusivity per customer is available on request, confirmed in writing.
What happens if cartons break in transit?
Every order rides with 0.5% spare pieces at no charge. If transit breakage exceeds 1%, send unboxing video and photos taken at discharge. We replenish like-for-like on your next order or credit the amount against payment. Loading photos are sent before the balance is due.
