Retail Rollouts: How Store Nine Matches Store One

A retail brand opens stores over years, not weeks. The tile programme has to survive staff changes, construction windows and shade drift. Repeatability is a system, not a hope.

Lock the shade code on day one

The first order seals a shade and calibration reference. Every later container is matched against it, and the sealed sample stays on file in Foshan and with the buyer. Without this, store nine will not match store one.

OSLO and GINO programmes are built for this: stock availability plus carton-level top-ups, so a single store refresh does not wait for a full container.

Paperwork per phase

Each phase ships with its loading plan, carton marks and photos. When a contractor in another city opens the cartons, the marks tell them the shade, the size and the room it belongs to.

Seal the shade, top up by carton, photograph everything. Rollouts run on documentation.
